make a card - waving hello

Hello there!
it has been awhile since i have done anything creative...so i just wanted to wave a little hello to all of you with Paper Smooches stamps, dies and a little embellishments. And this is what i created.


Hope this will be a boost to my creative side to make some more cards.

I will also apply this card on Paper Smooches challenge blog where the theme is Anything goes.
